Rough idle, stops running at light, FI and HESD lights come on

Rough idle, stops running at light, FI and HESD lights come on
hey everyone,
I have a 2007 CBR600 and I changed the exhaust on it (hindle slip-on) and a week later, started to idle real rough, then as I was going into a turn (on road) at only around 60, the bike droped about 19mph on its own and the FI and HESD lights came on. Then the engine started randomly cutting out at lights (i could turn it right back on). Got it in to the dealership and said it was only battery issues and charged me for the labor. Doubt it? Anyone have any ideas?
