how can i lose the rev-limiter on my 07 600rr

the better question is do you really need to?
in 6th @ 13k you would be doing about 180mph right? why do you need to go faster than that?
or have you re-geared for the track and youre just trying to get faster response in 2,3,4?

or should i ask-are we talking the speed limiter that pegs at 130?

With a lot of engines unless you have modified the cams etc there is no benefit to reving higher. Have a look at a lot of dyno graphs and you;ll see the power tapers off before peak RPM
