Default Removing rear indicators

Hi all, I've done a search and can't find anything relevant to my question, so apologies if this has been covered before.

I'm about to embark upon replacing my rear tail light with a LED tail lightwlight integrated indicators, and I want to completely remove the old rear indicators. Had anyone done this already and if so, what did you do regarding the old holes left over when they were removed? Ideally I'd like to have no holes left that are noticeable.

Cheers in advance all.

You can either cut them off or cover them. The only other option is to get another undertail that doesn't have them.

Thanks mate, another undertails not so much of an option for me, I've not the expertise or well, the motivation maybe, to attempt relocating the key lock for the rear seat lol.

Yeah I was hoping someone might have some advice on how to cover or plug them, what people have used if they've done it, that sort of thing.

Maybe a pic of the turn signals would be helpful. We don't even know what bike you have....

Holy crap, yeah sorry about that. I did initially have all that in there before I got distracted and had to start over again...

Are you planning on keeping the fender as it is other than removing the signals?

Yeah I don't have much confidence in changing anything with regards to the fender, so it's just changing the light, and removing the rear indicators. The fender should stay the same as it currently is

Well then, you're gonna need to fabricate a cover of some sort or find something to stick on it thar will cover the hole. Im not sure if anyone makes plugs for it, but you can look around the web.

Or just leave them open.

Absolutely leaving them open is a valid option, it's just my stupid mind going "I need to cover the holes" that's leading me to see what ideas people might have. Fabrication might be a possibility, but that will only happen with help from some mates.

Thanks for the ideas mate

Personally, I'd leave the stock blinkers for better visibility but I know that's not the answer you're looking for.
Leaving the holes open won't cause a problem. Quick fix: black duct tape.
