Default Removing a midpipe

I'm trying to remove an aftermarket exhaust from my 89 600. I got the slipon off the midpipe, now I'm trying to get the midpipe off the header. I saturated the joint with WD-40 and let it sit overnight, then put a pipe wrench on the mid and couldn't even budge it. Any ideas?

Heat it up, don't fry it though!
