Default Putting in LED lights for my 01 CBR

I had ordered a LED tail light for my CBR, along with one of those custom flasher boxes. The one I got installed and the brake lights were not functioning properly. After many tests determined the lights were bad so replaced with these.

Amazon.com: XYZCTEM 2001-2003 Honda CBR 600 F4i LED TailLights Brake Tail Lights with Integrated Turn Signals Indicators Smoke Motorcycle: Automotive Amazon.com: XYZCTEM 2001-2003 Honda CBR 600 F4i LED TailLights Brake Tail Lights with Integrated Turn Signals Indicators Smoke Motorcycle: Automotive

Now I have read I need converters in order to make it work. And I read this one some random forum, 60w 6 oem converters or something like that.

So my question is do I need converters and what wat and owm do I need. I was also wanting to do LED front lights as well, but can't find out which ones I actually need. Found a bunch on amazon but all with really bad reviews. Is it worth it to put in LED front bulbs and if so which ones?

Any help would be appreciated, also am open to suggestions on the tail light is better brands or what ever you think.
