Flipping through my manual, there is a note that says "Honda issued a product update program to replace the clutch in all 1987 CBR600F models." a punch mark before the serial number denotes the update was installed. I looked at my bike, it doesn't have the mark.

Think Honda would replace the clutch on a 22 year old bike?

 

I was informed by my local dealer that there was a recall on my 35 year old bike. (gas cap) Never hurts to ask.
