Default Oil pan...

I am going to be doing my first motorcyle oil change here soon and was just wondering what you all use for an oil pan?? I am guessing the one I use for my jeep will be too big to fit under the jeep. Any suggestions? Thanks.

if you have front and rear stands that should give you like 6 inches to work with, more if you take the plastics off.

just for an idea foshizzy... I have an '03 600 RR. With JUST the rear stand from lockhart phillips I was able to squeeze a 5 qt bucket (a big ice-cream bucket) beneath the oil pan... it was a pretty tight squeeze though even with the fairings off...

take it easy,

Good Luck,

Chris

That is good to know.. at least I don't have to buy another oil pan. Take it easy.
