chisel/angled drift in the groove where the clutch cover meets the block, light taps from a hammer - move around to a few spots to gently tap it loose. Use a flat-head screwdriver if you have nothing else available.

there's a gasket in there, so it might be a little stuck on.

i am having a lot of trouble getting the clutch off, so maybe this could give you guys more info on what is causing my stalling problems. It would start the first time then it would stall out and after that i would here kind of a spraying sound or hissing when i hed the ignition, but it would not start unless i turned the bike completely off and started again

pull the cover off your waterpump housing, and see if you can turn the impeller blades by hand.

Pull the waterpump out and inspect the shaft for damage.

i'm going to try this when i get home, but you are saying that if i can move the impeller blades on my own it would not be the oil pump, bucause the impeller looks pretty good, i already took it out. i think that once i got the new part im going to start trying suggestions from another forum i found. ill post the links if anybody wants to see i just am guessing it is against the rules here

the shaft looked fine, but i couldnt spin the blades by hand, is the oil pump shot

I personally wouldn't use liquid gasket on anything. Just use the gaskets that you get from Honda and they'll do their job. The last thing you want is for some of that stuff getting someplace it shouldn't.
