im new at this and seem to have the worst luck i just bought a cbr 600 rr 2004 .... been riding for a month now and the other day i left out with a buddy to head to a car/ bike meet and while riding my bike spit a plug out so had it picked up and got home to check it out and the threds are gone should i hela coil it and how do i get the head off i dont have 1200 1500 bucks to get it fixed and wanna do this myself i have worked on lots of cars and other stuff pretty good with my hands any and all info would be help full the air box being over the head had got me twisted any one been in my shoes ...
