Well, if it's from an F4, then it's carbed. If it's from an F4i, then it's fuel injected. That's what the i in F4i designates. If you don't havethe information of what bike it is or came fromthen look by the throttle bodies. If you see a rail(the fuel rail) with four things attached to it that are going into the throttle bodies, those are fuel injectors. That would make it fuel injected. I'm not sure what the carb manifold looks like but should be pretty easy to see the fuel rail and injectors if the motor is out of the bike. I've included a picture with arrows pointing at what you're looking for.
EDIT....I did a google search for PC35E and the first result was a japanese site where apparently these schools build race cars with motorcycle motors. Several of them have under the engine column: PC35E(HONDA CBR600F4i)599cc... So my guess is it came out of an F4i and therefore would make it fuel injected. But as I said earlier, look for fuel injectors. That's the easiest way in my opinion. And if anybody has any pictures of a carb'd motor or what the manifold looks like for it, hopefully they can post them.

non of the original fuel system is there thats why im asking, I was wondering if there is anything on the block or head that i could use to find out if its a carb or fuelie.
From what i've found both carbed and injected motors use PC35E in the serial #
