This came off my '95 600F3.. In the manual it's in the place that the evap can would be, but looks like a fuel pump.. The bike runs without the hoses hooked up, but the electrics was plugged in so i guess i have a gravity fed fuel valve?.. Gimme some help if ya would. Thanks!

Alright thx guys! But where does it connect? To the little vents under the tank? Like i said, it's been running fine w/o it hooked up.. Go figure. But it does seem to stumble at higher rpms.. Which side of the pump goes where? I'm kinda confused about all this cuz i don't want to screw something up..

Your main fuel line that comes from the petcock to the fuel pump. from the fuel pump to your carbs.

If the ends were exposed while you drove it, Im sure there is plenty of dirt inside the pump. There will not be any good way to remove it from the pump. If you hook it up and it works, your going to end up with all that crap in your carbs while sucking it into the fuel pump, which will ruin the pump internally.

If it wasnt hooked up, it was more than likley not working, or at the very least, not working now especially if the wires were still connected. I think your best bet is going to find a replacement pump.

As for which side goes where. Im not too familiar with this setup, but I believe the main fuel line should connect to the two lines on the bottom of the pump. One in from the petcock and one out to the carbs. The single one by itself is more than likely a bleed off in case the pump fails with a hose running outside of the bike towards the ground. But it could also be a return to the tank.
