Default Moving the foot levers?

Whatsup everyone!

So I was talking to my friend a few weeks ago who owns a Buell Lightning Xb12s, and he said that when he first purchased the bike, the dealership adjusted his footpegs, brake and shifter to fit his height perfectly. I was just wondering if that was possible to do on the CBR's? Preferably the 08 cbr600rr? Thanks so much everyone!!

I've seen someone who moved the footpegs on a f4i, it's like adding lenght on the lower bolt of the footpeg, you have to add about 1 inch i think of a steel or whatever you want... i dont know if you understand what i mean...

Ill start searching the pics...

You mean moving the rearset up / down? Stock rearsets aren't adjustable.

There are lots of adjustable rearsets online. But, get ready to pay up to $600 for em.

You can adjust the resting HEIGHT of the shifter and rear brake lever but you cannot move the stock footpegs, if that's what you meant.

well the shifter is fine where it is honestly, but the rear brake is so uncomfortable.. Usually I just keep my foot under it until I need to use it, which I rarely do because I like the front brake more.. I know it's a bad habbit, but it's way too comfortable to cramp my foot ontop of it.

Well like RoadiJeff said, you can adjust the resting height of the lever.

Is there a writeup somewhere that'll show me how to adjust it? I was looking at it the other day and I didn't see anywhere that I could move the lever..? Maybe i'm just blind, but it also was 12am right after I got home from work so I'll check it out again after I wake up from my nap. =-)
