Key/ignition poll
 

Does anyone have a problem with their key bending? mine does and its doing it from just turning on and off my bike... and i lost my spare with the code on it.

Nope, no key bending for me! I haven't even used my spare key... it's still got the little dealer keytag on it and everything. Been using the same key in the bike for the last 42k miles and it's still nice and straight :D

Nope key doesn`t bend, it does have an annoying tendency to not let me turn the ignition on sometimes though. ? ? ? ?

same, and it was because my key was starting to twist a little bit... i have to stick it in this crack in my deak at work and torque it the other way to straighten it out [sm=smiley11.gif]

ya they tend to bend a little

Try lubing your key hole up a bit.

wtf are you guys doing to bend keys? If it doesn't turn easily... don't use vice grips.

No, I haven't had any problems on my bike, but ampakes is right... lube the ignition with white lithium grease

No bending issues here.....and I agree with Don, what are you doing to bend the key? Would take a bit of pressure to do that I would think![8D]
