Default Ignition Barrell

The ignition barrel works on my CBR 600 F2 1993 model but when i turn it on as normal it sometimes loosing power cuts out completely, if i turn it back towards off position very slightly (about 3mm) where you feel little resistance! its fine not an issue at all! anyone give me an idea why?? and also is there a way of sorting it or just a squirt of WD40???

Sounds like a worn keywork or loose connection. You can try spraying some electronic cleaner down there. I'd sooner remove the barrel and see if you can see a loose or short in the bottom.
