Idle adjust cable broken
 

Greetings from the new guy.

I just bought an 03 CBR600RR with 10k miles. It idles at 2500 rpm. I was told where the adjustment knob SHOULD be.
OOps no knob. Dang.

I thought it may have been tucked up and hidden. No luck. I found it...under the rear seat. Yep is is broken off. Rats.

How hard is it to replace the cable?

Or for the time being does anyone have a picture of where the cable end goes. I am thinking I can make the adjustment there until I get a new cable.

If it's like the F2, Really easy...but can be a knucklebuster.
