Refference Please. I am looking for a custom duel headlights kit.
I know people are gonna say put the high beams on.
but i don't want that. I am willing to pay someone to install a nice low beam
and high beam hid kit. Also with some demon eye's.

What you are asking for is a Bi-Xenon Projector HID setup.
I have 3 stickies on HIDplanet forums, and have 2 retrofits under my belt.

But what I'll tell you, is that Honda gave you a gift of H7 bulbs, which are direct bolt ins (with a washer adapter) for D2S (OEM HIDs) Bulbs. You put 100$ into it, and you get HID low beams and halogen high beams. That is what I plan on doing, and I know my lighting.
Be glad that Honda gave you 2 reflectors, and not 1 H4! Read up on HIDPlanet on what all is involved in getting done what you want.
You don't need 2 lights on all the time, nor do you really have room in those itty bitty little headlights. You would have to use RS6 Bi-Xenon projectors and they are $$$$$ if you can even find them.

Yeah, I don't really want to do it, it's not worth the time and energy for other people. But I was throwing out a ball park number of what you could expect to pay. I am sure you could get hidretro.com or someone on hidplanet to do it. Most of that cost really is in parts...
RS6 Bixenon projector pair = 400$
HID Ballasts = 200$
HID Bulbs = 80$
New Headlight = 200$
Misc stuff, shrouds, bolts etc... = 100$
Harness = 100$
Shipping = 50$
Doesn't leave any $$$ for labor... $$$ should be around 1500$ really. It's about 20 hours of work I would expect to do the entire job.
