i crashed my 954 but after rpairs it s not firing. everything seems to be working fine except for the firing part. i have bought 2 ecu s for it only the most recent diagnostics is working. how could i know if the ecu is not working? and if it s not the ecu shouldn t any error or faulty sensor be detected by the ecu diagnostic?

Default RE: how to know if ecu is working

only sure fire way is to get wiring diagrams and DVOM(digital volt ohm meter) out. if everything around(all the sensors) work right and you can't find any errors then its probably a good bet its the ECU. just make to check for short to grounds, etc
