Default How can I tell if my forks are bent?

They look straight to me, but when I ride it, the handlebars seem like they're turned slightly to the right. I'm not sure whether it's the forks or the clipons twisted on the fork or something else. The bike is a '96 F3. It had light damage on the right side when I bought it.

Also, in the link posted in the sticky post above says there is a difference between the forks being twisted and being bent. What's the difference?
