Honda cbr 125 rw7 idle issue
Hi guys
Recently bought a 2008 plate cbr 125 for cheap as it had been in a crash and needed new forks. Problem I have now is the bike will start and run but won't idle. The bike has been sitting there since late last year. The red light on the clocks is flashing so if there a problem elsewhere or could it be just the old fuel and it being a little clogged up ?
Any ideas and answers will be appreciated
Thanks

I've put fresh fuel in and clean all the fuel system. New spark plug and reset throttle position. No fault codes as the light is off. Sometimes it will start and idle at 1600 and will stay there forever unroll I rev it then it will drop and die. Other times it will idle at 3000 then drop and die.
Any help please guys !

Have you checked out the IACV (idle air control valve). Code 7 is as you say the ECT, check that sensor code 54 is Lean angle sensor, this might help in your endeavours .Page 5-41 to 5-42

Thanks for reply
Yes I have checked and cleaned it and everything works it came up with the two fault codes because I have the bike in bits now it's all back together there is no fault codes. But idling is rubbish. I'm tempted to now check my valves and clearance as I've literally done everything else I think I can
