Default High heat pad for center stand touching exhaust?

I have a CBR600F2 and I finally managed to get a center stand for it (used one from Baboon in Europe). I'm currently re-finishing it, but mocking it up on the bike, it looks like there's this tab that will likely touch, or bang against the exhaust:

It looks like there's supposed to be something attached there, but even looking at the parts catalogue, I don't see anything. I'm currently poking around, trying to find some sort of high-heat silicone pad that I can put there that won't melt against the exhaust, but I thought I'd post here and see if anyone had any knowledge or suggestions regarding this they'd be willing to share? Thanks in advance!!!

The original part is a serrated rubber pad almost identical to the one on this photo from an earlier CBR600

As you can see on this advert the OEM exhaust also had an additional bump stop welded onto it match up with the one on the centre stand.

Oh, cool. Mine is different, there is a piece welded on, but it's more of an 'L' welded on which is where the rubber stopper should make contact. I imagine this would reduce the temperature the stopper has to endure. I haven't found anything pre-made yet that I'm happy with, so I'm trying to make something out of a tube of black 500' silicone and a bolt/nut/washer, we'll see if it works My next idea is a hunk of rubber rad hose.

That should work, as the original is just a piece of rubber!
