Help removing rearsets

I'm taking off my rearsets to have them powdercoated and I can't get the swivel off of the shifter?

you are not going to be able to take it off.....just send it in and the powdercoater should know to cover and tape it off so that it doesn't get blasted and/or coated....that is what i did when i sent mine in....all was well...granted...the heat melts most of the lube inside the ball joint so you'll have to work some grease into it or some wd-40 (just because it's thin) so that the joint moves a little freer....

no problem...i stared at it for awhile and realized that the pice is formed together....nothing short of splitting it open will get it out....plus it's just not worth the hassle when they can just powdercoat around it and it will be fine...
