Default Help Please

I don't know if anyone on here my be able to help, bu my CBR is acting up. The past couple of days I have had problems with it starting up, no matter the choke position. The plugs were all soaked with fuel so I put new ones in and still no change. Also, as I am going down the interstate, when my RPMs have been up at cruising speed, the bike slowly looses power and then dies. It doesn't want to start back up until after it sits for a while. I dont know if this is important, but it is carbed. I am thinking possibly the coil. Any thoughts or suggestions??? Thanks!!!

Well, I changed out the petcock and that fixed it. It was allowing too much fuel to drop in therefor flooding the engine.

Changing the petcock shouldn't cure a flooding problem, but a lot of bikes have a vacuum actuated valve in the petcock to prevent flooding if a carb needle is leaking. Was the filter on the petcock dirty?
