Help decode engine vin

I am putting together a quad with a honda cbr engine. The guy I had originally bought the project from said it was a 92 or 93 cbr 600 engine, however I can not get the correct clutch. I am thinking it is a different year engine. If you could please point me in the right direction to find out what year engine it is I would be extremly grateful. The # is pc19e-2018351. Thank you in advance for any help you can give me!

pc19 is the internal code for the first 2 years of the CBR F1(hurricane) - online search turns up that motor should be from an 87 model F1. pc19 was only for the 87-88 models, they became pc23's for the 89-90 years.

(scroll down to the bottom of the page)

which would be why the F2 clutch isn't fitting :-)
