Help...Brakes Locking Up!!!

I have a 2001 F4I with about 10,500 miles on it and can't ride anymore because the brakes have me stumped. So when the bike is cold and sitting around the shop the brakes are fine, but after about 5 mins driving down the road the brake lever is tight as hell and will barely move at all. The brakes are now locked up. If you dangerously drive through this for a few miles the brakes will release their pressure, but now there are almost no brakes....the lever squeezes down to the grip and the brakes barely grab. Any one heard of something similar or know what the problem is. I have bled the brakes several times, inspected the calipers, lines, master cylinder. All seem good to me...any ideas? Thanks

it's probably something to do with your lever/MC... the lever may not be allowing the piston to come all the way out, or a hose might be pinched, and your brakes are staying clamped on and heat up until the point you boil the fluid and then they're slop (brake fade). If you have rubber hoses and have boiled the fluid the hoses may have melted shut on the inside, and the force of the MC is enough to force fluid through but it won't let it come back
