Help Bike Keeps dying!!!
 

so i was headed home from work and i stop at the store. I come out and try to start the bike....... DEAD!!!!!! Pissed so now i have to push start the bike. But when i push started it, it would have a tuff time starting. When it would start i would start to leave but the bike would just cut out and die. So i call up a buddy and he comes and jump starts the bike. I take off the cabbles and let it run for a few minutes but i try to take off and it dies again. So i think its the battery but why no charge? Why is it cuttin out?

Sounds like more or a stator or gas issue than battery. Once its running it shouldnt die even if you battery is bad, its getting it started thats the issue with a faulty battery.

I would check the rectifier first I had a similar problem with my bike. it turned out to be a loose rectifier problem
