HELP!! '94 Honda CBR600F2 gets spark but does not fire

I'm new to working on motorcycles but I bought a project bike. A 1994 Honda CBR600f2 with a "claimed" rebuilt engine and carburetor. I honestly am lost right now. The spark plugs are creating spark. The engine is turning over. I feel like it may not be getting any fuel.
Ive been shown no proof of the engine being rebuilt besides the fact that it looks brand new. Anyone have any ideas on how I can try to get her started? Any help would be much appreciated!

Carb cleaner into air duct for one second she will start up and die to prove valves and timing are correct.
Petrol down spark plug hole does same thing..
Double check your fuel lines and drain ALL 4 float bowls of fuel other than that a carb jet clean.
Oh and I take it it has good compression !

Hope it works.

If you have spark you need fuel. I had this issue. Take apart carbs. Carefully. Clean idler jets. And every single jet. Make sure your fuel lines are good. And your take valve isnt off. That should be it.

I got the bike to start I was an idiot and put the float valves in upside down so it shut off intake of fuel into the carb...

Damn, I'm surprised you got the bowls back on if they were upside down. Glad you figured it out though

well the bowls weren't upside down just the float needle. That little part that connects to the float and controls the gas flow into the bowl
