Default Help

I have a '93 CBR600F2. I just flushed the cooling system and changed the oil. Okay so now my oil light stays on and now there is a very strange noise coming from the engine, like something is broken now. How does that happen with just changing the oil and flushing the cooling system? What did I do? I've checked the oil level and it is fine. Something happened inside the motor is what I'm guessing but what? I didn't do anything but change the oil and start it back up. WTF, now I am going to have to have the motor either replaced or fixed and thats not going to be cheap. Any ideas on what could have happened?

No chunks of oil came out, the bike was working and sounding fine before I did the oil change. Thats what baffles me, before oil change good, after oil change bad. I don't understand it.
