Angry HELP! 2003 CBR 600RR wont stay running!??

I have a 2003 cbr 600rr that i bought and it had been wrecked. I put all new plastics and some other new things on it. When i bought the bike of course i tried to start it and it fired right up with a new battery, however it was not rideable. so i got it all back together and fired it up to ride it and it idles around and runs on low rpms but when i throttle up hard and let it deaccelerate it dies. To get it started again i have to cycle the kill swith, otherwise it will just roll over and over. Sometimes it even runs rough on the low idle but mostly just cuts out on deacceration from a high rev? Any ideas will be a huge help!

it turns over after it dies, will only start if you cycle the kill switch on, then off a few times ending with on, then it will start. Things to note is what in the controls was wrecked. Fuel pump overheating or somehow cutting out when decelerated. If it doesnt do it over harsh bumps, then it might not be something loose in the start switch controls. Does it happen right after you kill the throttle at hard accel? If not, then when exactly? What mods are on the bike? New, clean gas and fluids? Thought i saw same problem elsewhere, but this is what I have to give for now.

i had similar experience with my 1998 cbr 600 F3 i bought it crash fixed it put new spark plugs near end of season (ran great sounded awesome)and then put it away for next season, but it didn't start. I tried new gas, ideal adjuster but in the end it was the spark plugs they where to wet from the gas (absorbed into the spark plugs) because i did not fog them over winter. I put my old spark plugs back in and it started up like a dream. Try and dry off your spark plugs (like 1 sec under a propane torch or get new ones if that doesn't work.)
