Can someone help me understand how to remove & install the inner weights in my handlebars? I have a 2001 CBR600F4i and the explanation in my Haynes manual is not very clear. When I bought the bike, the right outer weight and the ring is missing. I want to remove and inspect them or replace them. Thanks.

 

Nevermind. I found a much clearer explanation in the Honda Service Manual on p. 13-6.
