Default gauges reset everytime I turn the bike off and on

Hi ... Just like I said in the title. . .I have a problem with my bike. Everytime I turn off the bike and back on... the clock comes back to 1:00am .. and the cluster go back to MPH instead of KM/h ... because here in canada it is KM/h... anyone here would know what could be the problem?
the battery is brand new by the way

Gauges aren't getting constant power from the battery. Should be a fuse independant of the tach / speedo in the fuse box.
