Fuel pump wont turn on after layed down
hello everyone I need some assistance I layed my bike down. going like 15 20 on a wet road cracked the alternator cover... put a new one on the bike checked everything out it looks good now I tryed to fire it up and the fuel pump won't come on any ideas or thoughts

After you check all that has been suggested, and the fuel pump still does not prime then start there, unplug connector and check for voltage with the key on. If you have power going to the pump power up the pump. Pump should run. If no power to pump backtrack from there, Fuse, relay, kickstand, clutch, etc.

As others have suggested, it could be the bas. You should be able to bypass the sensor to make sure its not the sensor. They get damaged in a crash. I'm not 100 percent sure on that model, but most you can unplug the sensor and take a jumper wire, connect the two outer pins of the plug and that will bypass it.
The other thing that comes to mind is the killswitch. It will allow the bike to crank, but it won't allow any spark or fuel. It may be a good time to check for spark as well.
