fuel pump wont run??

I just bought an 01 929 wrecked, and it wont run. flip the kill switch to run and the fuel pump wont run. I hooked the fuel pump directly to battery and the pump will run, but when I try to start the bike, it still wont start, even with the pump running. But first things first. Is there a pump cutout relay or something? I can only find 2 relays under the seat, and I dont think either of those are it. I know one is the starter. I relly need to get this thing going this week. Any help is appreciated, since Im a dumbass.

RE: fuel pump wont run??

I`m only guessing here but the bikes have a bank angle sensor if thats what their called which cut out the electrics so it won`t start after a fall, they can stick so i`d have a check of this first.

Found some usefull things for a gixxer http://mototuneusa.com/tip_over_switch.htm.
but don,t know the electrical system for the cbr929, its in the onwners manual.
Do you have ignition ?, are you sparkplugs sparking ?

I will hope you find the problem soon.
