bike: 2000 honda cbr600f4
issue: does the fuel tank get constant power to it? the clip was cut off by other owner...and wires are directly connected to eachother...i hooked a little led strip into the wireing *since that is the only open spot i see* the led strip is a 12v system...but no power to led strip...

Old issue: had a stalling issue seemed like it would cut off due to no gas...issue solved itself?...but now its back a week or soo later...

Thinking: could the fuel pump not be getting power? could i directly connect it to the battery? mabie on a toggle? mabii trace out the wire from the fuel pump? does the fuel pump have a fuse that is located somewhere other than the main fuel box and other box...b.c. those are all good fuses...
