Fuel filter questions
 

I was installing a visufilter fuel filter the other day and I had grease on my fingers from just installing my choke cable lever assembly. I am worried some grease got into the filter or into my fuel line. I have no idea what type of grease it was.


Will the gasoline dissolve the grease and let it pass through the fuel filter? Or will the grease clog up the fuel filter? Should I replace the fuel filter now?

Also, how often should I be replacingthese fuel filters?
