Default Front wheel cocked to the left

I just purchased a 99 CBR F4 and when the handlebars are straight, the front tire is cocked to the left. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to fix this. thanks for your advice in advance

Take a close look at the forks , does one of them look bent?
If not you may be able to loosen the bolts on the triple clamps and get it strait.
Or it could be your clip-ons are crooked .

If the wheel is cocked one way when the bars are straight that could be a dangerous situation. I'm gonna plead the 5th on this one and advise you to take it to a shop -- preferrably one that specializes in suspension work. It sounds like a bent fork but like MgA-Oden mentioned it could be triple tree or bars.

my brother and his friends are experienced riders and know how to work on bikes, but they have not had a chance to look at it. If it is the forks my brother has an extra set from his old F4. But the forks don't look bent to me. It almost looks like they are put in the wrong way. Just a little info on the bike may help you guys' suggestions; the bike was dropped on the right side, the damage seems to be only cosmetic because the bike runs like a dream. Any more suggestions would be great. thanks

ps the bike isnt being riden until i fix the wheel

The clip on's are the actual handle bars that "clip" on bolt on to each fork tube.
