ACF50 is great at blocking corrosion

It's not that big of deal I've had some older bikes that didn't have a switch for the brake
leaver you had to use the foot brake for the light to work.

find some speaker wire! that's what i used (or you can go buy some color coded wire if you want that's actually 18ga or whatever size it is, maybe even 20ga - i know it's a thin wire). basically, it's time to break out the solder gun and some shrink wrap. since that wire is exposed, i would definitely be soldering and shrinking it so it will not corrode again. you'll need a new pin and connector if you want to really replace the whole wire. radio shack should have everything you need. take it with you and make sure you get the right replacement.

If you wanted to replace the hot wire to the front brake the easy way you could trace down the wire for the rear brake and just splice into it, run the wire to the front brake switch. If you're not getting any power at the brake switch you've got a short somewhere between the switch and the beginning power source for that wire, but just running a new hot wire to it should correct the issue without having to replace the hot wire going from the switch to the brake light

So I blew my main fuse. I dug into harness and found a wire disconnected so I replaced fuse and touched wire on frame and it popped the fuse. Do I tapped the wire up now I got a brake levers work in perfect. Thanks for your effort.
