Fork setting in yokes

Default Fork setting in yokes

Hi i have a 2007 CBR 600 what is the base setting for the protusion on fork through the top yoke. i have used the top grove level with the yoke as a starting point, is this correct

This is where my F3's manual says to seat the forks. I also consulted Sport Rider online and they say to raise the forks 4mm to lower the front end for best handling. You might want to go to that site to get advice from them. I firmed up my shock and preload settings and the bike handles a bunch better.
