Fluctuating amp leakage
 

I have discovered a leakage on wiring of a cbr 600 fx the mAmps will registrer appro 2 then 15 and 27mA in a repeating sequence , im sure this is a clue to what it is and obvious to someone in the know but pulling out as many connection as possible doesn't isolate the sourse Except the plug for the starter relay which passed the resistance test suggested in the manual. Any help would be gratefully received.
