Default floating back end??

I'm hoping someone can help me out here....Last week when I was riding the back end of the bike started feeling weird, like it was fishtailing or sliding out to the side, the opposite side that I'm turning. For example when I'm turning to the right the back end feels like its sliding a bit left out of alignment. I'm not actually losing traction though so i thought it must've been in my head. But the next few days it's felt the same, are my handle bars too loose? Both tires seem properly inflated and have tread on them soI can't figure out what's going on. Anyone have any thoughts?

have you been doing burnouts? burnouts leave a flat spot right in the center of the tire but humps where the flat spot ends. it could make the bike feel hard to flick over but once it gets over the hump it flicks faster

in addition to the possible flat spotted tire. Check to make sure your rear axle is tight. If it is tight, make sure your wheel is aligned properly. You can use the mark on the side of the swing arm near the axle. make sure both sides are equal

Also check your rear shock. Make sure the bolts are all tight and its set correctly.

and your wheel bearings too. check them. if they were going bad, or are toast, I'd imagine they might make the bike feel similar to how you mention.

A lot of people forget you also have swing arm bearing that can wear & increase side to side movement.
