What are the proper names? Do i need a special tool? I have a rear-stand which I fabricated and also a makeshift hoist where I can lower the Bike from my ceiling

Also what year/ make / model is the bike? Could be previous owner attempted a motor swap, and wanted to change the suspension to a newer setup.🤷🏽‍♂️.
