FI light on when riding
 

Hello.
I'm new to motorcycles. I recently got a CBR 600 FS 2002.
I noticed that the FI light blinks 2 longs blinks, and 3 short blinks when I turn the motorcycle on, and the light stays on when riding.
I tried to google it but I didn't find a clear explaination.
I'd appreciate if someone explains that to me.

Code 23 suggests that this is a california model with a faulty O2 sensor heat element.
