F3 won't start

First thing I would do is check the voltage on the battery and see if its charged. If it is, take the battery to someplace like autozone or advance auto and have them load test it.
If the battery checks out ok, you can start looking into the starter, starter relay, saftey switches.. that kind of thing.
Theres really not a lot of info to go on though. Post back with mileage, how long its been in storage, any accidents. A better history of what the bike has had will go a long way in a diagnosis of the problem.
