easy way is to heat plate with a blow torch then spray wd40 on when warm
then repeat about 4 times.
you will find the expansion and contraction lets the wd40 get in their an penetrate then warm and if you can use an old end of a drill chuck clamped onto stud and turn
and out it comes.
for really really bad ones same again but leave overnight then repeat and try.
been here done that .
