emission test

does a motorcycle, or in that case a cbr 600 f3 1995 need a smog test like a car to be on road

Far as I know motorcycles are exempt from smog everywhere...though there has been talk and rumors about California imposing some sort of smog, but, I haven't heard much recently about it.
