Electrical Issues
Check.
I am limping this thread on. I have noticed that i have failed to put this bit of info in the posts. Ahem....
The fuse under the seat, for the Headlight (20A) was blown. I replaced the fuse and everytime I turn the bike on, it blows the fuse. I am guessing this is from the fried ground wire pictured before.
Is there a way I can just ground the green wire to the frame or something, or put a 30A fuse in so it doesn't blow?? I am not good with electrical stuff so I have to ask. I have checked out the eastern beaver website and they don't have exactly what I need but I am almost to the point of taking it to a mechanic and getting them to do some electrical work, as I suck at it. (obviously)

30 amp fuse is not the answer. It will blow as well if the short is big enough. If its a small short that doesnt blow it, you risk damaging something else.
The short is what cooked the connector in the first place. Follow the harness until you find where the power wire is touching a ground or another wire.
