Which really effin sux, im curious as to how bad this is if it has happend to anyone b4, im justn looking at how to fix this.

If you can find the other half you can probably find an aluminum welder to get it back on. If not I'm guessing that's gonna need a new motor...Hope I'm wrong on the latter

Maybe some JB Weld on a stick / thin piece of metal / whatever on the part of the screw that's stuck?

You could drill it and try an easy out. Or if that doesn't work... Take a demel and cut a straight slot in it and use a flat head screw driver to unscrew it out.

I think tuned does not see the bolt hole is in fact fractured off the casing.
(pic does not really show depth visually)

You could bring it to a tig welding / engineering shop and have them
build it back up and re-tap a bolt hole in it !

Not sure gobs of sealant will hold it in my opinion but worth a try first
I suppose

Or

you could drill right through the end and out the back of it and use a
longer bolt with a locknut ! ...... if there's room behind it and it
appears there might be.... if no room behind then drill down and
"tap" a new bolt hole for the longer bolt

Build it up with some JB weld, then drill and retap the hole to a slightly larger bolt size. It looks like there is plenty of room left to get a bolt to bite without too much of an issue. Don't go putting silicone or sealant on it, that will just make an ugly mess! Get a new gasket and install it properly, you should be fine.
