Default Clutch slipping again

I replaced clutch and clutch cable about two months ago. All was good. About a week ago my bike started to just pop outta first gear under heavy acceleration. Has done it three times now. Tonight the clutch has started to slip around 8000rpm. I adjusted it at the lever end, still slipped. So I adjusted it at the lower end, took it for a ride and it's slipping worse than earlier. Any reason why I've burnt thru a clutch so quickly? I haven't been doin any wheelies or clutch dumps

ru using an aftermarket clutch pack? sometimes theyr not quite the correct stack height and end up burning.
in either case u need to open her up and check whats going on inside

Default Thanks for your reply

It's weird, when the bike is under heavy acceleration, around the 6000rpm mark the clutch slips a lil and then just slingshots

I'm with SunBlue.
Also if you're looking at doing the job again, are you in posession of a workshop manual like a Haynes manual?
It tells all the details how to exactly tune a clutch. It can make a huge difference...
Another thing could be the oil you're using, however I assume you don't use something extraordinary for this bike?
