Default Chrome grips

I saw these on ebay and i think they look pretty cool. Any opinions on these? The one downside i see with them is that you can't add a bar end to them. But they have some grip too them, so i'm kind of up in the air. My bike came with ****ty bar ends, very light, so this might not be a difference, unless anyone knows otherwise.

slippery?vibrations? If you have other chrome they may look good, but if they are your only chrome piece, then I'd look elsewhere.

I might get these levers as well, there is a crack in my brake lever and it might snap off, so i need to get levers anyway. These actually led me to find the grips. So in essence, i might have a skull theme going, maybe.

My wife had some like them (minus the skull) on her Yamaha FZR/YZF 600hybrid. They felt too big for a sport bikeand just didn't feel good in general. She gave to her brother for his Goldwing.
