Charing system HELP Please
Hello all, im really starting to get pissed.... here is what i got 93 honda CBR 900RR. Heres the deal, New Rectifier, New stator , new Battery
Old rectifier was fried, old stator put out a whapping 14V at 5500RPM.
New stator puts out 60VAC at 5500 RPM, but the bike had recently died on me at a red light and the battery was gone, so i replaced the battery
new battery goes in and chargin system charges at 14.5V @5500Rpm ok seems good, then when i go back to idle and rev up again the system goes from 12.6 at idle to 13.0 @ 5500Rpm??? then when i restart it it does the same thing 14.5 at 5500Rpm then goes back down to 12.6 and continues to go back down and down and down..... i shut it off when it hit 12.2V at idle
I have checked all wires and checked the battery for leakage, nothing... it does not drain at all when shut off....
Any one that has any suggestions or have run into a similar situation please Lend me A hand or a comment.Thank you guys

been thinking....dunno, so I'll state some obvious things jsut to make sure....
check for corrosion in the connectors, on the battery terminals....check the crimps on the battery cables.....check the ground wire on both ends to make sure its secure and clean. Same with the positive wire. If you have an amp gauge, check it while the voltage is high and low to see whats going on. Might not hurt to make sure the fuses are clean and secure, including the main fuse, that I believe is under the seat.

i have check all that stuff and replaced a the ground cable, the only thing i can think of is the Rectifer is not charging cause the battery is fully charged?? or the current draw from my cooling fan might be to much??
