CBR954rr and no keys
Proof of ownership and a trip to your Honda Dealer - they will get the cylinder code and order you keys.
Does your bike have HISS written on the key barrel - if so, even more important you use a dealer.

Yup, if it has HISS on ignition-switch:

Or if ECU part# ends in D01 or ED, it has HISS and requires matching key to work. Software routine inside ECU reads RFID off chipped key and verify serial# matches what's stored inside ECU.
Dealers may be able to pull key-code from somewhere and with appropriate software, convert it into cut-codes for locksmith. Lots of locksmith have this software and they can cut key for you from key-code. In fact, many dealers don't even cut their own keys and just out-source it to local locksmith.
BUT, if you've got HISS, there's absolutely ZERO way you're gonna get any non-matching key to work. Even if its cut properly to turn tumblers in ignition-switch, ECU will reject because RFID serial# won't match. ONLY way to make copy of HISS key with proper code is to have working original key with proper serial#. Then this serial# is read off matching key by ECU and copied to new blank key's ID chip.
Only way to recover from lost keys on HISS system is buy new matching set: ECU, locks, keys.

There are a few companies who can reflash the ECU with new HISS codes - I think it can be done 5 times.
